IL DIARIO DI RADIS 2026 | 6^ puntata
The sixth episode of Il diario di Radis 2026 (The Diary of Radis) published on Il Giornale dell’Arte.
Radis arrives in this village in the province of Cuneo, surrounded by Roman ruins, medieval heritage and agricultural landscapes. The artist is Iván Argote. For the third edition of Radis, Argote will create a square designed for socialising, play and community involvement in Bene Vagienna.
In the sixth and last episode of the Diary, intitled “Iván Argote trasforma una rotonda in una piazza da reinventare”, the curator Marta Papini explains how, with ‘Piazza del Chafleo’, the Colombian artist has reimagined public space through sculpture, play and imagination, giving the community the opportunity to ascribe new meanings to a shared space.
