RADIS PRESENTS “NASCERE COME UN FIORE” AND “INCREDIBILE HABITAT”
The restitution of the collective work created by local schools as part of the educational programme of the second edition of Radis.
The educational programme for schools in the Dogliani area, organised by Felìz Impresa Culturale e Creativa, has come to an end. One hundred and eighty students from the Luigi Einaudi Comprehensive School in Dogliani took part in creating the works Nascere come un fiore (To Be Born Like a Flower) and Incredibile habitat (Incredible Habitat), which were inspired by the poetry of Petrit Halilaj and presented at the Multipurpose Centre.
Taking inspiration from the artist’s work, which saw him rediscover and reinterpret the engravings left by former pupils on the desks of a Dogliani school for the second edition of Radis, children from primary schools in Dogliani and Piozzo created the petals of their flowers, each born from a different mark. Meanwhile, the lower secondary school classes in Dogliani worked on the idea of home, nest and habitat.
The event at the Multipurpose Centre also provided an opportunity to launch the documentary dedicated to the second edition of the project, produced by TIWI and Cucù Milano. It will be broadcast on Sky Arte on 29 March at 8.15 pm.
